After earning a Master of Science degree from Kumamoto University, spent 5 years at Itochu Techno-Solutions Corporation (CTC), driving 20+ production-line digitalization projects for the manufacturing and logistics industries. As Project Manager, delivered every project while personally covering all phases — from pre-sales and requirements definition to development, deployment, maintenance, and customer support.

At Future Architect, Inc., joined an AI-based scoring project for English speaking exams from its highly uncertain, ultra-upstream phase. Analyzed and verbalized graders' implicit knowledge to translate it into AI evaluation logic, and designed Human-in-the-Loop workflows for human-AI collaboration — bringing a highly reliable auto-grading system into real-world operation. Clients valued this depth of business understanding so highly that they invited me to serve as an oral examiner. Currently developing autonomous AI agents with LangChain/LangGraph for a major pharmaceutical company.

▍Practical Story At Future Architect, I joined an AI-based scoring project for English speaking exams during its highly uncertain ultra-upstream phase. Initially, the LLM scoring engine's output significantly diverged from human evaluations, with no established path for optimization. I first thoroughly studied the client's practical grading criteria and the implicit knowledge of language assessment. By analyzing individual system responses one-by-one, I mapped out qualitative discrepancies and established an iterative feedback loop. This resulted in an AI engine that surpassed human grading accuracy while ensuring logical grading paths.
